At 26^th of June, 2012, the mayor of Almaty - Akhmetzhan Yesimov visited LLP “VIVA PHARM” – the new pharmaceutical factory, that it had been included into the Map of industrialization of country. The map of industrialization – is not only a list of new priority investment projects but it is also a tool of monitoring and controlling by them through rendering of point measures of governmental support. This is informational resource for perspective investment projects and opening of business- possibilities for foreign and domestic companies. 



During visit of mayor, the area for manufacturing of tableted and capsular forms of medicines was presented; it was projected in accordance with demands of international standards GMP ЕС and national rules of manufacturing and quality control of medicines. The big area of department (3 600 square meters) is included: experimental-industrial field, physical-chemical and microbiologic laboratories (in adoption process), ready storehouse with shelves, air-conditioning system with temperature control during 24 hours and areas for development of new projects. Manufacturing premises of department have “D” range of purity, three-stage of combined extract-and-input system of air preparing, which is provided the required purity of the air, temperature, humidity and pressure.

More than hundred of workers are working in the enterprises. At this moment, the production area of company is worked with output of 15 million of tablets and 5 million of capsules in the year; and it is produced three cardio-medicines, Vitamin C (500 mg.); also in the stage of registration are antiviral and antiallergic medicines of new generation. 

 “Our company is produced medicines with obtainable price and good quality; which will be substituted expensive and imported medicines. Providers of equipment, substances, excipient and packing materials are delivering all necessary production from large pharmaceutical distributors of leading companies from Germany, Great Britain, India and Netherlands, which is passed all stages of control” – says Batyrbek Mashkeyev, the general director of LLP “VIVA PHARM”. – Our medicines had passed the research on bioequivalence, i.e on equivalence to original medicines and had proved its effectiveness by obtainable price". 

LLP “VIVA PHARM” is being striven to become one of the major pharmaceutical factories in Kazakhstan and Central Asia; being fulfilled the State program of industrialization of country and being supported the policy of import substitution.
