Indications:
- Infections caused by Varicella zoster virus
- Treatment of herpes zoster (shingles) infection, including ophthalmic zoster, in immunocompetent adult patients
- Treatment of herpes zoster (shingles) infection in immunocompromised adult patients
- Infections caused by Herpes simplex viruses
- Treatment of a first episode and recurrent episodes of herpes genitalis in immunocompetent adult patients
- Treatment of recurrent episodes of herpes genitalis in immunocompromised adult patients
- Suppression of recurrent genital herpes in immunocompetent adult patients and immunocompromised adult patients
