Today, the creation of a personnel reserve is one of the important tasks of the pharmaceutical industry. This requires additional training and development of young specialists, which were aided by the involvement of business in the specialists training for industry, holding of master-classes, activities for career-guidance, and other important and useful activities for final-year students of pharmaceutical and chemical engineering universities.

Exactly for these purposes, the company "Olympus of science" (Moscow) organized a pharmaceutical international camp of innovations, which was held for the first time on September 22d-29^th, 2012 in Yaroslavl city, Russian Federation. This is a weekly training program for final-year students that was concentrated on the most topical issues of pharmaceutical circulation and medications.

More than 30 students of pharmaceutical and chemical engineering universities of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine had gathered in the camp. Kazakhstan was represented by students of the 5^th course of Pharmaceutical Faculty of KazNMU named after S.D Asfendiyarov, they are: Hosova Madina, Kaynarbayeva Meruert and Zhanibekova Nazerke. Pharmaceutical company "VIVA PHARM" in the name of general director Batyrbek Mashkyeev was a sponsor of this student trip.

Camp participants received intensive training from leading experts and industry leaders in such areas as "Pharmaceutical Technology", "Development of medications", "Rules of clinical researches", "Fundamentals of GMP". The training program included a visit to pharmaceutical companies, lectures, training seminars, participation in competitions and training courses, master classes. Lectures were not in quite standard format, they were arranged in the form of discussion between students and the lecturer. When camp was over, each participant was presented with a "book of competence", in which will be summarized all achievements of the student and later as a specialist in work.        

The high level and the true spirit of innovation in Pharmaceutical International Camp of Innovations were obvious; and its best results are - a living dialogue of students, lecturers and the willingness to continue this project for rising of specialized education level.

Students from Kazakhstan are expressing their deep appreciation and gratitude to the teaching staff of KazNMU named after Asfendiyarov, to dean of pharm-faculty, professor Datkhayev U.M., to general director of “VIVA PHARM” Mashkyeev B.A., to the organizer and leader of Pharmaceutical International Camp of Innovations Nadelyaeva I.I (Moscow) for the opportunity to participate in training.
